Terms of Service

1. The service

Bumbag stores save files for retro emulators and synchronizes them between your devices ("the Service"). Use of the Service is subject to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of the save files you upload.
• You may only upload files you have the right to store and share.
• The Service stores uploaded files for the purpose of synchronization. Deleted saves may be permanently removed.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe for weaknesses without permission, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload malicious content. Uploads are scanned; intentionally evading these checks is prohibited.

5. No warranty / limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss of data, indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

The operator may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
